GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT

By using the Services or otherwise indicating your acceptance, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. CHARGES AND BILLING

You agree to pay all charges, fee, and taxes associated with the Service (s), including, without limitation, installation charges. You are agreeing to pay at the moment when the service is provided.

3. SERVICE AND WARRANTY
  • All parts/equipment have to be present at the moment of the service and or installation.
  • Wize Fix commits to performing all services promptly and in a workmanlike manner with due care and professional diligence. Non-conforming services reported within thirty (30) days following completion will be re-performed. Wize Fix does not warrant any provided equipment. Customers should register equipment directly with the manufacturer for warranty. Wize Fix is not responsible for materials, equipment, devices, and parts supplied by the customer.
4. PAYING FOR MATERIALS

You agree to pay for all materials associated with the Service(s) and/or installation.

5. BOXES DISPOSAL

Wize Fix will not dispose of any customer boxes and suggests keeping boxes for at least 30 days.
